About our cooking
Pippa prepares seasonal dishes using fresh and readily available ingredients, sourced at the farmers' markets.
Her specialities include tasty fresh ricotta and gbejniet pie, baked ragu macaroni, stuffed local calamari, and an abundant vegetable minestra. Her various sweets use orange blossom water, dates and local honey.

She also loves to prepare pasta dough, perfect short crust pastry, and home made ice-creams and sorbets. Her abundant meals involve a trip to the fishmonger for the freshest Mediterranean catch, such as Skorfna, Dentici and Pixxi San Pietru, served alongside fresh salads and the finest local potatoes.

Pippa loves to share traditional Maltese dishes, and continues to perfect new recipes that she gathers from friends, relations and cultures near and far.
Our Home & Garden
The house is situated in the centre of the island in the historical town of Attard, one of the old 'three villages'.
Pippa's home boasts an ample, modern kitchen, that looks out onto a typical Mediterranean garden, full of citrus trees that have sweet smelling blossoms in Spring, and ripe oranges and tangerines during the Winter.
The garden is lovingly looked after by Pippa's husband John, who enjoys growing flowers, creepers and herbs, and carefully tending to the citrus trees.
Meals can be enjoyed in the kitchen, or outside in a cool nook of the garden, depending on the weather.
